The Endoscopy Committee is a brand-new addition to the KFOG, launched in 2025 under the able leadership of Dr. Suchitra Sudhir and Dr. Subash Mallya. In this era where gynaecological endoscopy has become a first-line surgical option, this committee was much needed.

It aims to sensitize beginners and aspiring endoscopic surgeons, equipping them to excel in gynaecological endoscopy. In 2025, we hosted the KFOG webinar series covering various endoscopic topics and conducted an exclusive one-day Hysteroscopy workshop with hands-on training.

In 2026, we’re continuing with workshops (both laparoscopy and hysteroscopy) featuring hands-on training programs across Kerala. We look forward to a bright future for gynaecological endoscopic surgeons in Kerala.
