Started as madhya kerala obstetrics and gynec society in 1983

Founder President Dr. R Rajan

Secretary. Dr. S. Ajitha kumary

Conducted cmes of high quality regularly under the leadership of Prof. Rajan

Members were from all districts of middle Kerala including kollam,alappuzha,kochi, and beyond.

Later new societies were started in other districts and our society was renamed as Alappuzha O&G Society

We hosted AKCOG in 2007 and 2014.
